Approximately 375-425 pounds of 100% grass-fed, field-harvested bison meat. The size of the whole bison varies slightly from bison to bison. Hanging weight is generally between 450-550 pounds.

Contact Us via e-mail or phone to discuss availability, timing, and when Sam expects to field-harvest your bison.
Free delivery on the western slope of Colorado. For all other locations, we just ask to be reimbursed for the shipping fee (we don’t upcharge at all).
Separately, you’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee via an online invoice, which is usually around $350 - $450 for a quarter bison.
