Approximately 375-425 pounds of 100% grass-fed, field-harvested bison meat. The size of the whole bison varies slightly from bison to bison. Hanging weight is generally between 450-550 pounds.

Here’s the process:
Contact Us via e-mail or phone to discuss availability, timing, and when Sam and Preston expect to field-harvest your bison.
We will coordinate delivery once processing is complete or you can pick up on your own. We may charge for delivery depending on location.
Separately, you’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee via an online invoice, which is usually around $1200-$1500 for a whole bison.
