Filet Steak

Filet Mignon, translated from French as 'cute fillet' or 'dainty fillet', is often referred to as tenderloin steak. It has a very mild aroma and mild flavor when compared to other steaks.  Some chefs call filet mignon overrated, but most of us love it.

Suggested Serving Idea: 

Pan seared or grill on ow heat with just a touch of salt and pepper
