Filet Steak

Filet Mignon, translated from French as 'cute fillet' or 'dainty fillet', referred to as tenderloin steak. It has a very mild aroma and mild flavor when compared to other steaks.  Some chefs call filet mignon overrated, but most of us love it.  This is hands down the best steak available.  

Suggested Serving Idea: 

Pan seared or grilled on heat with just a touch of salt and pepper
