Our whole, half and quarter bison shares are the most efficient, affordable and sustainable way to enjoy our bison meat. Your share helps us preserve wild open spaces, increase wildlife habitat, and improve our food system. Plus, you get lots of wonderful meat to share with family and friends.
All bison sold as shares are 100% grass fed, grass finished, and field-harvested on the ranch.
Pricing
$14 per pound, based on hot hanging weight. You are also responsible for the processing fees, which are in addition to the $14/lb cost.

Standard Cuts
Standard cuts include Rib Eye, New York Strip, Tenderloins, Sirloin, Hanging Tenders, Brisket, Chuck Roast, Round Roast, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Marrow Bones, Oso Bucco, and 95% Lean Ground.
Whole's and Half's can be custom cut to your preferences
Deposits & Scheduling
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your share. Once we have deposits covering a whole animal, we'll schedule the field harvest and processing dates. This can sometimes take several weeks.
The fastest way to get your meat is to purchase a whole animal — so grab a few friends and go in on one together.
Final Payment & Delivery
We do not ship our meat. Once processing is complete, we'll send you a final invoice reflecting the final cost based on hanging weight, plus any delivery fees. Once final payment is received, we'll schedule the delivery of your share — or you're welcome to pick up at the ranch or directly from the processor if that is easier for you.
Delivery fees are based on distance from the ranch and estimated drive times.
