Bison Shares

Our whole, half and quarter bison shares are the most efficient, affordable and sustainable way to consume our bison meat. Your bison share helps us preserve wild open spaces, increase wildlife habitat, and improve our food system. Plus, you get lots of wonderful meat to share with your family and friends!

Whole Bison

• Approximately 375-425 pounds of 100% grass-fed, field-harvested bison meat. The size of the whole bison varies slightly from bison to bison. Hanging weight is generally between 450-550 pounds.
• You’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee via an online invoice, which is usually around  $1200-$1500 for a whole bison.
• We will coordinate delivery once processing is complete or you can pick up on your own. We may charge for delivery depending on location.

Half Bison

• Approximately 175-225 pounds of 100% grass-fed, field-harvested bison meat. The size of the half bison varies slightly from bison to bison. 
• Free delivery on the western slope of Colorado. For all other locations, we just ask to be reimbursed for the shipping fee (we don’t upcharge at all).
• You’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee via an online invoice, which is usually around $600-$750 for a half bison.

Quarter Bison

• Approximately 80-90 pounds of 100% grass-fed, field-harvested bison meat. The size of the quarter varies slightly from bison to bison. 
• You’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee via an online invoice, which is usually around  $350-$450 for a quarter bison.
• Free delivery on the western slope of Colorado. For all other locations, we just ask to be reimbursed for the shipping fee (we don’t upcharge at all).
