Slow Cooking Cuts

This recipe is great for any slow cooked meat, including our Bison Short Ribs, Osso Buco, Bison Brisket or Bison Chuck Roasts. Slow cooked meals are great because they are very low effort and result in incredibly tender meat!
  1. Before cooking add an inch of liquid to the container, such as Red Wine, water, or broth
  2. Cook in either a slow cooker on low or a cast iron covered pot in oven at 250 degrees for a minimum of 4 hours
  3. Vegetables may be added at the last hour
  4. Season with garlic, chopped onions and your other favorite seasonings
